When will my product arrive?
Most of our products will be printed within 1-3 days and shipped as soon as possible.
- Art prints are despatched from UK, EU, US, AU
- Woven throws are despatched from North Carolina USA
- Cushion covers are shipped from the UK

Customs duties and fees
When a product is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and processing fees by the destination country. These charges are due once the package arrives in the destination country and are out of the control of the seller (Cynefn). The buyer takes responsibility for any customs duties and related charges incurred.
EU Product Safety Notice
While we are not currently shipping to EU countries, we are committed to meeting the requirements of the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GSPR).
All Cynefn art prints are fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Prodigi, who will act as the authorised economic operator for EU deliveries.
When EU shipping becomes available, all products will be traceable and meet applicable safety and labelling standards as required by EU law.
